The Freight providers we use in each location will vary so that we can offer the best service possible for your location and depending on how time-sensitive your order is. Nonetheless, we always offer air, sea and land transportations, depending on delivery location.

All products unaltered with, not offload from the original seal are eligible to return only.

We hope you love your purchase but if you don’t, we’re happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label

2. Return for free at a drop-off point near you

Our crew responsible for returns logistics will instruct on the drop-off location for returns, depending on your location.

We offer sales and awesome discounts from time to time and annually. However, we don’t announce the start and the end of each sale campaign.

Shipping & Recent Orders

Orders placed on here can be delivered only within business days (Mondays –  Fridays, excluding holidays). Freight and delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, quantity, product type, and delivery location. Express delivery is available for the majority of destinations at a different cost.
Shipping is always by air, land and sea. Priority shipping is always by air and land. This type takes between 2 – 6 days depending on quantity, product type and delivery location. Delivery is very convenient and very prompt as well. We ship right to your precise location regardless of the quantity of the order.

Here’s how you shipping & delivery works:

Place your order online, and the shopping will be done for you. Once the order is shopped and ready, you’ll get an alert that it’s on its way.
After order has been processed, you will get full information of your order, in most cases, you will be contacted directly by the shipping company.
